1600 and 1800 twin carb

Hey, I am just wondering if a twin carb out of a 1600ss will bolt str8 on to a L18 motor and if it has any less boof than a twin carb (alot older looking) from a 180bsss

they are close enough to the same.they are supposed to have different jets/needles for L16 and L18 but i wouldnt worry about it ,just bolt on tune up and go .

are you referring to twin SU carb or twin side draft?
